Alexander Schachner
Director General

Born in 1972 in Austria.
In 1992 graduated from the Salzburg University.
In 1994, after military service and a long journey in the Himalayas, Alexander worked in Russia where he managed to bring to the tourism market one of the most famous Russian tourism operators - UTE Megapolus Group.
In 1997, he continued tourism business in Austria where he involved in development of the Russian direction for the largest tourism operators.
In 2001 Alexander returned to Russia and adopted the offer from Siemens Business Services to become director for working with company’s corporate clients, where he was working until February 2006.
In spring 2006 he founded his own business - ALPE consulting.
Alexander is married, has three children. He takes interest in mountain climbing, skiing, jogging, mountain bike and photography.

Jochen Kracht
Partner of ALPE consulting

Jochen Kracht is a well-known figure on the market of network retail operators offering food products and consumer goods. His invaluable experience allows ALPE consulting to understand exactly and evaluate our clients’ needs appropriately. Creation and organization of the enterprise sales and purchase office work, constructing a system of goods and stock bookkeeping, wide experience in human resource management - these are the basic advantages of Jochen’s operating activity before 2009, which now allow us to render services in the FMCG sector at the highest level. Jochen Kracht held executive positions in large network companies for over 15 years. At present, Mr. Kracht continues successful work on the Russian market and is one of the leading experts in business consulting.

Stanislav Malyshev
Director of North-Western Affiliate, Partner of ALPE consulting

Works on this position since October 2007. Works with SAP solutions for over 10 years.
He started to work with SAP solutions in 1998, working in Debis IT services CIS.
With his participation as the logistics expert, several large projects of SAP product implementation and integrations in such companies as the tobacco processing plant
Kres-Neva, Izhorskiye Plants were successfully completed.
During 2001-2005 he worked as an expert and project manager on large international projects in Switzerland and Germany, as well as in SAP headquarters in Waldorf, Germany.

Alexander Dubitsky

Project manager

Graduated from MFTI, he started working with SAP in 1998 in business consulting of Arthur Andersen Company as a SD module consultant.
Since 2002 he managed projects in Siemens Company – SBS.
Since the beginning of 2008, he works in ALPE consulting.
During his work in consulting, he participated or managed such ERP projects as Tomskneft, Suninterbrew, Orenburggazprom, British American Tobacco, Volkswagen.
He works in ALPE consulting since 2008. He managed projects in SAP Business All-in-One solution implementation for the Co-Packing Center and KALINA Corporate Group.

Dmitry Vishnevetsky
Candidate of Science
Head of SAP practice

Having defended the candidate thesis in specialty “Automated control systems”, Dmitry worked since 1999 in the department of applied software development of the Computer Information Centre of the North-Caucasian Railway. Then, being a SAP R/3 consultant for the module CO of the Road Centre of Implementation of the North-Caucasian Railway, he involved in adjusting and testing the functionality, as well as organization of training of the key and end users.
In 2002-2008 Dmitry successfully worked as the leading and then the senior consultant in FI-CO in a number of projects.
Since 2008, Dmitry works in ALPE consulting. During his work in the company, he participated in projects Smart Value Retail as a FI-CO consultant and as the manager of project IKB Leasing.
Dmitry has the experience and knowledge in the field of implementing complex SAP solutions in conditions of wide integration with the solutions implemented, as well as in the field of business processing modelling, document flow management at enterprises.

Oksana Zalevskaya
Marketing department head

Oksana has over 10 years of experience in the IT field.

In 2004-2010 Oksana worked in one of the largest system integrators – Microtest Company, where her competence was development of partner relations with companies producing software, sales promotion by means of marketing and PR actions, interaction with specialized mass-media, as well as formation of company’s positive image on the information service market.

Before working in Microtest, Oksana hold posts from the marketing manager to the public relations manager and worked in such companies as RosBusinessConsulting, Robertson & Blooms Corporation-Russian, Consulting Company Runa.

In ALPE consulting Oksana manages the marketing department and is responsible both for advertisement budget planning and advertising campaigns, and for developing the strategy of company promotion in the mass-media and on the market.
