Current situation The existing system of data processing and reporting preparation did not meet the demands of the company corporate standards, the insufficient transparency has made the process of taking important administrative decisions more difficult. Tasks: - To implement the unified with the head office business model based on SAP modules;
- To get consolidated reports, meeting corporate reporting standards;
- To get a possibility to have unified logistics modules, the unified plan of accounts.
- To integrate SAP modules integration with outer systems.
Solution choice In order to optimize processing and consolidation of information and to make business management more effective “MAZDA MOTORS RUS Ltd.” administration decided to implement the standard, which is used as a corporate standard of modules for automotive industry of SAP company using Ad-on for Russia. Implementation ALPE Consulting advisors developed optimal schemes of interaction of all work places, realized and tested them in accordance with needs of each user. Except for business solution implementation, the project group has provided further training for the system users. During the implementation period the project team stuck to ASAP method. There arose some certain difficulties on different stages of the process, caused by the necessity to coordinate the procedure with the company head office. Results The following SAP modules are implemented: - FI – financial control module
- MM – material flows control module
- SD sales control module
As a result of all above – the consolidated reporting which meets the standards of head office corporate reporting and Russian Federation legislation was acquired. A lot of outer systems were integrated with SAP modules. The company was given a possibility to have unified logistics modules and system of accounts with the company head office.
