ALPE consulting signed a Roll-out contract with BOBST GROUP VOSTOK. SAP will be installed in their Russian representative office.

Moscow, September 14, 2011 – International consulting company ALPE consulting, specializing in SAP solutions implementation and BOBST GROUP VOSTOK company, the leading supplier in packaging equipment, have announced the start of the project on SAP ERP implementation.
Bobst, Martin, Asitrade, and Rapidex perform a unique combination of companies which are united in BOBST GROUP. A wide range of equipment offered by BOBST GROUP VOSTOK facilitates clients to produce wrapping from corrugated cardboard of any design and complexity. BOBST GROUP also realizes maintenance services of the equipment. Day by day working hard at improving and development, BOBST GROUP VOSTOK guarantees its clients high ROI indexes. After BOBST GROUP VOSTOK had searched the Russian market a strategic decision was made on entering a new market. High demand on the packaging equipment from the side of manufactures of non-edible and nutrition products located in the RF has also contributed to the matter. Presently, BOBST GROUP VOSTOK in Moscow is involved in sales and distribution, marketing, and service maintenance activities. SAP information system is a corporate standard for BOBST GROUP VOSTOK since the beginning of 2000ies. However, for consolidated accounting BOBST representative office and LLC were looking for a support of a local integrator with good experience in tax accounting and well-informed of Russian legislation. ALPE consulting is also responsible for 1C and other systems integration and performs data migration on the new platform. By the end of the project – January, 1 2012 – ALPE consulting is to install the following modules: FI, CO, FI-SL, FI-AA for 2 company codes: Russian representative office and LLC “BOBST GROUP VOSTOK”. Presently, the project goes through blueprint stage.
In 2012 the continuation of the project is planned. Material Management (MM) and Sales and Delivery (SD) modules will be shortly installed by western integrators.
Post-productive support will be carried out by ALPE consulting. The expected number of key users - 13.
