Summary

Corporate Group Kalina is the largest Russian manufacturer of perfumery, cosmetics and household chemistry.

At present, Corporate Group KALINA has production equipment complying with the strictest international standards, while its suppliers are the world’s largest companies manufacturing raw materials for perfumery and cosmetics.

Ensure user discipline and responsibility in the field of planning and accounting of the Corporate Group’s economic activity.

Ensure efficiency of production and logistics chain planning processes and plan/actual analysis.

Ensure efficient implementation of plan assurance and sales support processes.

Efficient management of financial flows due to management accounting tools:

Increase operativeness and trustability of bookkeeping and tax accounting data.

Create a flexible and scalable information system allowing to maintain high efficiency of Corporate Group’s operations.

The corporate group management initially decided that the terms of implementation of the offered business solution shall be within 12 months.

A development system was deployed, the main server on the basis of 2 Intel Xeon E5440 2,83 GHz with RAM 32 GB and OS Sun Solaris 10 (x86-64)
