During 6 training days we and you will elaborate factors of success of management style, oriented to goal achievement and your employees.
New ideas will be at once tested in practical exercises. Practical stages between separate training days will let you use new behaviour stereotypes in your practical professional activity and fix them. |

Target audience |
This training is intended for executive employees and the reserve employees who are planned to be appointed to the executive posts, in order to facilitate development of their individual management style and make them more confident in management of the subordinates. This training will be also useful for those who changes the status of a colleague for the status of a manager.
