Jochen Kracht is a well-known figure on the market of network retail operators offering food products and consumer goods. His invaluable experience allows ALPE consulting to understand exactly and evaluate our clients’ needs appropriately. Creation and organization of the enterprise sales and purchase office work, constructing a system of goods and stock bookkeeping, wide experience in human resource management - these are the basic advantages of Jochen’s operating activity before 2009, which now allow us to render services in the FMCG sector at the highest level.
Jochen Kracht held executive positions in large network companies for over 15 years.
In 1994-1999, Mr. Kracht worked as the manager of Globus hypermarket in Weinschtadt (Germany) with annual turnover of 20 mln Euros.
Then, in 1999, Jochen became regional director of Dole Group (Poland) where he managed 4 hypermarkets with total sales area 30,000 sq.m. and a turnover of 150 mln Euros.
In January 2002 Mr. Kracht was invited to LLC Marktkauf RUS where he worked until 2004 as deputy director general and was responsible for developing a concept of company entry to the Russian market, developing a marketing strategy, as well as a structure of personnel and management taking into account the Russian market specificity. As a result, the Marktkauf hypermarket located in Kotelniki, within 12 month became the hypermarket with the largest turnover (90 mln Euros) and profit in the Marktkauf Group.
Jochen Kracht confirmed his professionalism working as deputy director general of LLC Hyperglobus (Globus Group), when 2 hypermarkets (Schelkovo, Klimovsk) were opened in Russia under his supervision and were considered the best among the other Globus hypermarkets located in Germany and Czech Republic. The total area of Russian hypermarkets under Jochen’s supervision is 32,000 sq.m., while the total number of employees – 2,400 persons. At present, Mr. Kracht continues successful work on the Russian market and is one of the leading experts in business consulting.
