In the 4th quarter of 2016, ARTEL (Uzbekistan) began to introduce an information system based on SAP ERP.
ALPE consulting was contracted to put in place an end-to-end control system to manage ARTEL service centers. The system will efficiently interact with a third-party CRM solution and contact center based on MS Dynamics.
The future system will comprise FI, CO, MM, SD, and WMS modules, basic HR features, and an interface with an external CRM system and contact center.
The launch of the new production system is scheduled for May 2017. ALPE consulting will be providing operational support to the customer until the end of August 2017.
